Carefree Boat Club operates a licensing model. Operators are independent businesses licensing the Carefree brand, systems, and partnerships — not franchisees inside a corporate franchise structure.
You operate your club under the Carefree name with the corporate playbook for training, marketing, and operations, plus access to Carefree's OEM, financial, and insurance partnerships.
Territorial Rights of First Refusal
When Carefree considers expanding into your market, existing licensees have first option to extend their operation.

Nine Carefree clubs operate across the Florida and Texas Gulf. The Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana coastline in between has none.

Florida Gulf: Cape Coral, Crystal River, Fort Myers, Panama City, Pensacola, Punta Gorda, St. Petersburg, Tarpon Springs. Texas Gulf: Seabrook, in the Houston area.
Open Coastline
Three states with no club
Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana have no Carefree club on any part of their Gulf coastline. Florida and Texas have gaps too, in markets not on Carefree's current locations list.
